Why you should livestream your Taranaki event

Livestreaming will allow an unlimited number of your family and friends to be present at your event in real-time without physically being there.

Keeping safe while livestreaming

Our small business was born during the Covid-19 pandemic. With restrictions on event numbers and concerns around the safety of guests, we identified a need for our Taranaki residents to livestream their events online to family and friends so they can be present, even though they can’t physically be there.

In Alert Level 4, no events can take place. Alert Level 3 allows funerals and wedding ceremonies with a maximum of 10 guests in attendance. With Alert Level 2, most events can take place but with maximum guest numbers of 100. If you need any clarity around what you can or can’t do during different alert levels, please feel free to get in touch, we’re happy to help out as much as we can.

Once you’ve decided the time is right for your event to go ahead, we would be honoured to be part of this special day and to help share it with your loved ones. We have strict health and safety measures that we stick to at all times, including regular sanitising, wearing gloves and two metre distancing.

What we do

Once you decide to engage our services, we talk to you remotely to get a good understanding of your event and your requirements. We’ll come up with a plan together which we can execute on the day according to your wishes. You’ll also get a livestream link which you can send out to your guests in advance. They will be able to simply visit that link to watch your event live.

An hour or two before your event, we’ll arrive early to setup and test all the audio, video and network equipment required to livestream. This includes multiple cameras for capturing different angles, microphones for capturing audio and our control desk which includes broadcasting equipment.

During the event, we’ll direct the livestream in real-time by switching to the best camera angles and audio sources according to what’s happening. This will allow your guests to have the best perspective at all times.

After your event, you’ll receive a video of your livestream within 24 hours which you can watch and keep forever.

How much does livestreaming cost?

Each event is vastly different to the next. Pricing will depend on different aspects of your event such as location, duration and requirements. We do weddings, funerals, training sessions, conferences and many other types of events.

Please fill in the contact form below with details of your event so we can provide you with a free quote, tailored to your exact requirements.

We understand that finances are tight during this pandemic, so we will always aim keep our pricing affordable.

Please note that we are only able to livestream your event if there is good 3G or 4G mobile coverage and/or wifi available at the venue. If none of these are available, we’ll have to record your event offline then as soon as your event has finished we’ll drive to an area with coverage and upload it straight away. This will also be the case if the livestream is interrupted due to poor coverage. Please feel free to contact us to discuss.
